Lead the sales unit of a fast-growing Bioanalytical CRO serving pharma/biotech clients

 

Responsibilities

  • Meets or exceeds revenue target of the organization
  • Develops and implements marketing strategies and events
  • Prospects new business leads, identifies key decision-makers, drive customers to participate in capability presentations that lead to new contract signing
  • Engages in the entire sales life cycle through project engagement and subsequent customer maintenance with a strong focus on personalized service
  • Maintains long-term positive relationships of existing business
  • Provides timely feedback to management of client feedback, market trend, competitor benchmark

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a life science-related field or business administration
  • At least 3 years experience in sales in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of large molecule bioanalytical services and market is a plus
  • Passionate of building relationships through professional sales
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Enjoy entrepreneur environment, able to handle pressure and business travel if needed
